Sync. Trans Oil.

Good old Castrol 20W/50 same as the engine oil is what I've been told. Other folks are proponents of straight 30W
 
2.7 U.S. pints!!! (1 quart and a bit!). Fill till it juuuusssst starts to overflow out of the filler hole! (with the car on level ground, of course!).
