Gadds! What excitement. I could not recognize any cars but more than one looked like a Bugatti. One even looked like a Triumph but i guess it was way too early?

Thanks for the link.

Ah the good olde days, when safety was a priority. Gotta love all the spectators standing next to the track just waiting to get picked off.

Great flic, I thought I saw a MBz SSK and a Big Bently in the group but a great deal looked like run what ya brought to include a few still sporting bumpers.

Racing slicks heck! those guys had studs and chains!!!
Awsome clip. Suprisingly good footage for 1933. Not to mention freezing temps and such.

Well since Triumph began making cars in 1923 it wouldn't be too early. Several of the early Triumphs were of the sporting nature (when Donald Healey worked for Triumph). Including the supercharged Dolomite Straight 8 which was a very good, and licensed, copy of the ALFA 2300C. Though those particular cars (the Dolomites) were built from 1935 to 1937 so in 1933 they could have been Gloria's possibly.
