Sway Bar

Is there suppose to be a slight curve to the sway bar in between the stops? I put mine on the bench with the connecting ears vertical (and the stops taken off) and noticed a slight curve. I didn't know if mine was bent or if they're supposed to be that way.

Not noticeable on Bugeye sway bar.

'71 is straight. And it's an extra if you need it.
'62 is 3/4 and it's straight, too.

Not uncommon, someone in the car's past probably jacked the car up using the bar. As Jack and Dan said, the bar should be straight.

The ends look to be even but there's a bow in between the stops pointing toward the engine. Looks like yet another part to add to the suspension list.

That makes it easy. I remember that I had a similar issue and just decided to make it easy and get a new one.
