I am looking into the future with my build, and I want to lower my car about an inch. A fellow on ebay is selling the rear leafs that lower the car about that much, and soften up the ride a touch according to the seller. He claims that it helps the rear end stick a bit better, which is great. Now, how do I correctly address the ride height with the front? Coil overs with adjustable heigth? Perhaps changing the spring rate while I am at it and adding a front sway bar?

Overall, I want a street car that looks lowered and racey, but still have good ride quality. Suggestions?

Best way to lower the front is spacers between the lower A-arm and the spring bucket. Moss sells them their #264-665.
Maybe one can double up on the spacers and get 1"?

1/2" lowering spacers under the front spring pans drop the car's front by about 1 inch.

yep.
