It's in, what a hassle but at least now I know how to do it. See the hole the screwdriver is pointed to? I think there is a plug that is in there but I can't find it on the Moss site. In the second pic you can see it. Is that correct or am I supposed to plug that hole with something?

Looks like a split pin, maybe the back end of a locating dowel on the manifold?
 
it is a locating pin. You are going to love the supercharger. The amount of torque is amazing. From 60 mph to 80 mph is a blast on the freeway. Just watch out for the CHP!
