It's a long shot but maybe someone will have an idea.
I have had these glasses for around 27 years and the lens are scratched. I have tried Porsche design in Austria and they cannot help as they no longer have the replacements. Looking on the internet you can see what appear to be the right ones, but, they do not have the cut out in the top of the left lens which fits around the name Porsche design which is part of the frame.
Here are all the references that appear on the frames. You can see the cut out on the lens.

Lens dimensions 73 length and 57 width.
