I've bought a few things from them and never needed to return an item, but the coil I bought from them was not what I expected, and using their free return sticker I sent it back by UPS. With tax and shipping, the total was a tad over $47.00, I got a message that they refunded my money to the sum of $33.00. So, if you buy anything from them make sure it's the right part as tax and shipping are not returnable! PJ
 
Yup. Most outfits are the same. Got a rear caliper for Diesela from RockAuto recently, core return took shipping out of the core fee. If the old caliper had been in better shape I'd have kept it as a spare after rebuilding it.
