Can someone tell me if this carb. vacuum line connector is correct?
(That's a 1/8" plastic tube, BTW & no housing, just the ferrule sitting on top of the threaded connector.).

if not correct, any ideas where I can get one, (or adapt something better, anyway) would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading, advice appreciated!

Guy

I believe your car would have had a steel tube originally, with a brass nut instead of steel. But the configuration is probably correct.

Looks like most vendors offer a replacement tube assembly (which presumably comes with the nuts & ferrules). Eg, Moss 371-960

PS, I've been using soft copper "refrigeration" tubing for many years and it seems to hold up fine. I bought a coil of it back when Home Base was still in business

Thanks Randall, that fridg. tubing seemed to work well. I flared it & wrapped some Teflon tape around the tube, inside the nut.
that should do it.
