I've installed the newly rebuilt carbs on my BN4 and can't find anything in my factory manual about adding oil. I thought I saw someplace that the tube under the cap should be full with the damper in place but I'm not finding anything at all in the book.
 
Allen - take a look at section 26 on page 30 in the attached.
