Stupid Questioned Answered

Zinc, Vitamin C and airborne. Those are my anti communicable respiratory disease aids. I pop an airborne anytime I feel a roughness in my throat, Vitamin C is taken at least twice daily, EmergenC in the am with my other vitamins and in the afternoon a couple of 1000mg pills.

If the airborne starts too late and I do have to suffer, I take at least one zinc every day the cold/flu, whatever is active(but I've never had to take a zinc more than three days in a row) and double the dosage on the airborne. The package states one every four hours, but I go one every two hours. This dosage has shortened cold/flu time remarkably. Most I've had to suffer, since starting this regimen, has been two days. Because I'm meeting people, pretty much all over the island daily, I do get exposed a lot. So I feel pretty good about my anti's.
