Stupid question #1 - steering wheel

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:]used magic safety hammer [/QUOTE]you forgot to sprinkle with magic dust!!! I'd go with the puller idea.....I've used pullers on a coupe of mine (but holes were already present) just fastened down and couple turns of the post and pop....very easy...!! let us know your approach and how it works out...

Hello all,

Mythbusters or not, there is good and bad practice and hitting one hammer onto an other is bad practice.
I was assuming that engineers hammer(s) would be used as a carpenters hammer (in the U.K. at least , known as a claw hammer) would not work anyway.
Using a drift and hammer, at least if you do mis hit, it's your hand that suffers not the steering wheel?
