Streering Wheel Help

Well I needed help from an expert to get my wheel off the B/E. My uncle was over from Holland and he managed to get it off without any further damage.

It had been damaged when I got the car and now with all the plastic off you can see it is no longer circular. Any ideas on how to get it round again?

Fixing the plastic is not a problem as I've had to remanufacture the entire plastic coating on my 49 Triumph. (Come to think of it my uncle had to help me remove that wheel as well)
