Following the discovery of a rare photo and much exchange of information with guys on the Healey list I have produced a page on my site explaining the history of the Streamlined 100-Sixs.

These began with the 1956 Bonneville endurance record car, three similar bodies were built and the cars raced at the 1956 12 Hours of Sebring as well as Speed Week in Nassau. Stirling Moss is pictured driving one.

I have collated all of the info I received but it will continue to be updated as new info comes to light. As yet there are still questions that need answering, not least..where did they end up?

Here's another one.

A gentleman I recently met here in Southern California at a Healey coffee meet worked for Hambro back in the 50's, was involved in the 1958 Sebring race and says he recalls the modified bodied '57 Sebring cars went back to New Jersey, then were shipped back to England. Next time I see him, I'll ask what more he knows.
