Hi to all,
I have a 1977 MGB that had some water damage in Hurrican Irene. I have listed it in the classified section along with a picture. The damage is minor, but I need to concentrate on my Healeys so I am selling the B for a good price. Please check it out.
Thanks,
Charlie

The TR6 is still sitting at the outer end of his driveway. I asked him what the salvage price would be and he said he would ask his Hagerty rep when they call him about removing it. Hagerty has already paid him his stated value amount so he is in no hurry to move the car. I plan on letting you know as soon as I get the amount, but at this time I don't know when that will be.
I was lucky, my MGB was up higher and farther from the water, but it did get a slosh over into the floor of the cockpit. My Healeys were in an even safer place. We are still cleaning out the garage and waiting for duct work to be installed under the house. Hurricanes are not fun!

"Nother good reason to have a couple of lifts in the garage!

The salvage buy out on the TR6 came in at $1700. Unless bought, it will be towed away to the salvage yard on Monday.
