Harbor Freight sells a plastic Ammo Box--item #6315 pictured--which makes a perfect storage box for 100's. It fits perfectly in the small area to the left of the spare and accommodates all of the tools and small bits I'd likely need for an on-the-road repair.

Looks nice and tidy. I live not far from the massive fireworks explosion that happened in Esparto. This is a picture is from the aftermath, the owner was also a gun dealer who lived on the property. It looks like the ammo box did its job but I hesitate to call the HF box an ammo box in any way other than shape. And yes, we are about a mile away and it blew out some windows in our barn. Fortunately the shop lights that came down in my shop missed hitting the Healey, which was in our car port at the time. I have little to complain about compared to many others.

Jon--

I'm glad you got away with little damage.

HF also sells the more commonly seen metal "Ammo Boxes" in both .30 and .50 caliber. Apparently the boxes are designed to keep ammunition dry and clean, not to prevent it from going off due to fire, etc.

O/T a little: At the very bottom of the second pic is what looks to be some sort of grommet and bracket to seal the fuel line from the tank. I didn't have anything like that in either of my cars; any idea if it's OEM or aftermarket?

Edit: I see rubber grommets are available, but that the disk (escutcheon?) isn't.
