I have heard that the "Virgin and Castle" is very good. Let's have a pint together and toast all things "Triumph"

Cheers,

Enjoy. My business trips never seem to coincide with events like that; I am obviously doing something wrong.

Frank-

Please TAKE PICTURES. Oops, sorry I shouted that, but I had a great time there and I'd at least like to live vicariously through your fun. Don't forget to stop by the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon, it is about a mile off the main route there and worth at least a look too.

A few quick notes from Stoneleigh today. Sunny and mild , about 50 F.

It was great to meet some of my friends from the TR Register forum. Nice to put a face with the name, etc. Sorry if I missed some of you, but I am hoping this will become an annual trek.

Here are a few pics of the day and treasures found. Now to bed - I have to work tomorrow!

P.S. - had a chat with Bill Piggot - saw the dust cover of his new book- will be out in May. For some reason, Amazon cancelled my order - I guess because the book is a year late.

Alright Frank! I see those lights are in your possession now, I bet you bought them at the same stand I hit last year. Ah memories..

If you are heading back out of Heathrow, and you have a couple of spare hours to kill, I think the Moss shop is a pretty nice stop. Their free UK catalog in my opinion is better than the U.S. version. Aside from using factor part numbers, there are some side tidbits mixed in for added information - including drawings of the six different intake manifolds from TR2-4a. Come to think of it, maybe you already grabbed a copy at their stand in Stoneleigh.

Have a safe trip back,
Randy
