Still having issues with the electrical

I am truly beginning to believe this car hates me!!! Finally, runs beautifully, starts, purrs, new monza exhaust, new interior etc and I still cannot get the lights to works.
I have headlights, front running lights, signals.
Rear- NO back up lights, no running lights, right turn signal works fine, no brakes, no left turn signal.
When I use a tester to check for current to the left turn signal it is a constant not on and off. No current at all to the brakes or running lights. The trunk light works!
Is this a short?
Bad ground?
Bad flashers?
Why don't the brake lights work? Where am I losing connection!

I really don't expect a reply to this I just needed to vent a little!
I will get back out there today and walk through it all again.

Have you made sure you have current and good connections at the "cluster" of Lucar connectors at the right side firewall where the rear harness is tied to the rest?

The constant "on" thing sounds to me like a grounding issue. There's a black ground connector at or near the license plate bolts on the inside of the boot. Try cleaning that to get good contact and also the black connectors at each of the lamp assemblies. But start at the front where all the rear harness ties in.

Terri, two places to check for the grounds in the rear. One is the ring terminal that goes under the bolt that holds the license plate bracket to the body of the car. Clean that connection. The other grounding point(s) are the little toothed nuts that hold the rear turn/brake lamp assembly to the car. Back them off then snug them back up. The teeth bite into the body metal and make the ground for the brake lights.
