but were afraid to ask: 
STOP!! Never post your email address in open forums. Bots can "harvest" your email! If you must share your email use a Private Message or use the 
smilie in place of the real @

I saw that. I still have a helmet, and will always keep it. They are far more practical that people think, and were marvelous for concealing a bag of chips..... They gave presence, and made the officer easier to spot but I suppose if there are no bobbies walking the beat any more they will become obsolete.
