General TR Steering wheel covers

I would like to add a steering wheel cover to bulk it up a little, making it more comfortable to grip. I measured the circumference (2 5/8") and the diameter (15"). The problem I am running into is that for brands such as "Sure Grip" the circumference starts at 3" plus. Anyone have a cover they can suggest?
Thanks, Kevin

Is the on the stock wheel? When I had a stock wheel, I added a leather cover, the kind you stitch on. I think the brand was "Wheelskins".

Indeed I was going to recommend Wheelskins as well. They will custom-make a leather cover to your measurements. I got mine through their store on eBay a little bit cheaper than their direct web site, about $50 with shipping IIRC. Very happy with the result.

If you want more bulk, you might talk to them about adding a layer of foam or cotton under the leather.
