Back when I had the stock wheel on my 4A, I used one from Wheel Skins:

I got one from Moss many years ago that fit perfectly. Don't know if they still sell the same thing or not.
With Wheelskins, you have to measure the wheel and have them custom-make the cover (which they will do at no extra charge). I got one from them last year, but haven't found time to install it yet. They sell on eBay for a bit less than the prices on the web site.
