steering system/box mount question

guys, I am finally starting to put parts back on...........(59 AH 100/6 late production). My question is; after spending hours looking through my parts (fairly well organized), I cannot find what looks to be a mounting bracket for the steering box. Moss shows it as "item 52" in the steering section under late production steering, etc. as a "spacer". Before I spend more $ to purchase it, I thought I would check with you guys to see if I do need this and how does this attach.............Picture? I am positive that if it was on the car during disassembly, that I would have it........I could not find a good picture or diagram that confirmed if and how it is used. Thanks, Doug

Rich, Many, Many thanks...........boy do I feel stupid. they are already in the frame/scuttle. the picture was helpful in confirming my stupidity. I thought they went on the outside and never considered the inside. I guess once they were primed and painted they were camo'd (my story and I'm sticking to it) I didn't even know that they could be removed as they made it through several years of welding, blasting and replacing without dropping out. Even on the rotisserie! Thank you Doug

On the BN1 and BN2 they are left unpainted aluminum and I wouldn't be surprised if that's correct for 100/6s as well. So they may have to finally come out!

I will take them out and get it right, now that I understand the situation. At least I can continue moving forward...........Thanks again guys. Doug
