Steering Rack Replace or Rebuild?

The steering rack on my 65 Sprite is binding pretty badly to the point that rebuilding or replacement is probably required. Any suggestions for quality replacement sources or a shop that rebuilds racks?

There are shims/spacers needed if you had the rack apart/ took the plug out to add fluid. Maybe that you need to look at the Bentley manual for procedures on servicing the rack. Those spacers can be easily made from thin copper sheets available from hobby store.
