Just realized the significant differences in the cockpit end of a 1966 Sprite vs a Bugeye. Besides all the "stuff" on the end of the '66, the spline diameter is larger. That means that the boss I have for my Lecarra wheel is incorrect. On the '66 how does one separate the inner column from the outer column for cleaning and restoration?

Here's what I mean by "stuff".
