Steel wheels for XKE

Can anyone point me towards information on what it takes to convert a ‘68 XKE to steel wheels.
Thanks

A: my Jag has painted wires, they have been blasted and resprayed three times in the 52 years I’ve owned her.
B: they are 56 years old and the splines are showing wear.
C: I haven’t found a store willing to change or competent enough to change tires with tubes.
D: now that I am no longer racing the HP Sprite I plan on doing some autocross driving and road trips. Steel wheels just seem safer.

I’ve seen race cars that have been converted, maybe I can find one at the RA Art on Wheels and talk to the owner.

If you live on Long Island in New York I know a shop that can handle that job.
