Static Ignition Timing

What should i set my static timing to on a '59 100-6 with the following-

-Fast Road cam
-Headers
-Slightly improved compression (.010 over pistons, .020 off the block, .010 off the head)

About half an inch away from the timing dimple on the front pulley (TDC) seems to work ok. They aren't very sensitive to a few degrees difference.
