Shirley and were invited to exhibit some of our model circus train at the Wisconsin State Fair this year. Here are a couple photos of the exhibit with some of the hand built wood models of circus wagons and flat cars that I have made. The bleachers are made to fold up and are actually part of a wagon.
We dedicated it to the memory of a very good friend, Stan Shaw, who was very involved with the youth of the fair over many years.
It must have been a hit because we have been invited back again next year.
Monday morning I will be there to retrieve the display.
