Does anyone have a source for Stainless hoses and anodized fitting for the engine bay on a B? Just thoght I might dress it up a bit.

Summit isn't bad, but I think Racer Parts Wholesale is a bit cheaper.
Pegasus should have the fittings to change from BSP to AN fittings.
You could also do a Google for either Aeroquip, (my preference), or Earls to find a local distributor.

Earl's, but be prepared to dig deep...

Oh yeah. What he said.
I forgot to add that that stuff isn't cheap.
Not at all...

edit: Forgot this crew the first time through. I bought a $60 custom line from them after I stuffed $80 worth of parts trying to make it myself. You get the idea...

Should it really cost that much? There is not much under a B hood.

A gotta start selling more stuff in the classifieds or on ebay. There is way too much in my garage I gott purge. I just bought a spare TD engine and a TC might be back in my futer based on a phone conversation I just got off of. I need to purge and I need more space.

I know the feeling, Vince. I just bought two spare Spridget engines, but they both have cars attached! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

/bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif don't ya hate it when spare parts follow you home!

What I need is a farm with barns and sheds on it and a trailer. Then I can bring home as many as I want to.

There are two kinds of braided hose systems, the real deal and the fake. The fake system is just window dressing, applied over existing hoses. The real deal, using AN red and blue fittings, is 'spensive and overkill. But darn nice to look at. Once saw an XKE totally plumbed with Earl's best. Was very, very impressive.

I have a brother-in-law that made a fortune buying US military surplus aircraft parts and reselling them. He would buy a whole palate of AN fittings, still in their little plastic bags, for a penny on the dollar. Ah, the waste in our government.

I like Aeroquip, top shelf stuff, you get quality, but they aren't cheap!
