Stag stag vs tr6 rear end help

racetearoffs

Hey in Florida and i broke the stag rear end and was wondering if a tr6 will work . I have a couple of 6 rear pumkins and was wondering if they are compatable , or should i be looking for a ford 9 inch rear end . I have pulled a stag rear end to replace this one but I have a feeling that the 350 chevy is to much power . The rear end has lasted about 2 years and 1000 burnouts . https://www.fastpitstops.com . Heres a couple of piks of the rear end and also of the donor car . ps i AM WONDERING if by just supporting the body on the stag you can replace the rear end any help , Thank You in advance . I don't believe so. At least, the case is a different part number, the gear set is a different part number, and the drawings in the catalog look different. None of that proves anything, but considering the push they made to get the gearbox parts as common as possible (same part numbers), I would guess that means there were substantial differences in the pumpkin.
