Stag Stag Hunt

There's one for sale on the San Francisco craigslist.
It needs restoration, but comes with $14K worth of spares.
The owner has a B&B on the Mendocino Coast.Says he'll
give potential purchasers the "Friends & Family" rate,
even if they don't buy.

Quite nice publicity, don't you think??
Triumph Trans AmeriCan 2009 Drive for Charity

This is going to be a great drive for charity, let alone an epic drive across the USA and Canada. I'd like to see some people stepping up to take part, sponsor, coordinate, whatever they can do in support of this charity drive.

Your club can have John Macartney and probably one or two other Triumph personalities stop by your club and give a talk about Life at Triumph!! Maybe even drive along for a while, or come to the 2009 event at Triumphest / VTR 2009 in San Luis Obispo and bid on this car after is completes the drive.

Going to be an epic drive!! Brits do a few wee reliability runs around the Island, but who has ever done 10K miles around North America and Canada!!
