SSsnake's Outside...

...for sanding prior to the 1st primer (white epoxy)....there are no more body seams anywhere....after smoothing all the fiberglass work, its back inside for primer & the final body work before paint!!

There's more been done to her in this body shop in a month than was done in the body shop in Mississippi in 5 years!

Next set of photos will have the chin spoiler and wing mounted & the car in white primer.

Looking good so far. Is it just an optical illusion or is the spoiler sloping downwards?

Possibly optical illusion - its just sitting there not attached (we're still building the feet)...when the final position is in place, the spoiler will be level - it has to be for the 3rd brake light that's integrated into it.....after the photo, I picked it up & sat it aside until the feet are finished..

Oh, that's Lucky in the photos...he likes for me to throw rocks for him to retrieve....he also thinks SSsnake is 'his' car (he's always sleeping under it or its shadow.).

Looks like the shop dog gave the car it's first coat of "primer" in that third photo. ;-) It's looking good Tony, it will be quite a car when you're done.

I've "met" that dog - quite the rock chaser!

He's the guy who was doing the sanding....it was windy & he was trying to light a cigarette - the guy...Lucky knows what happens if he marks SSsnake so he doesn't!
