Sprite Wheels

I have been looking at information on rims and there don't seem to be a lot of different choices. Currently have bugeye/early Sprite wheels, but I kind of like these: https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/pts/2897516511.html

Read a few things about the issues with different lugs and spacers and would appreciate any thoughts on if these wheels would work. Second and third pictures have the best photos of the wheels.

I think those are period American Racing Vector/Hurricane.

Check with Pythias (Bill in Kelso)- he has nice new mags but is thinking of changing to 14" so may be parting with his.

Jean,

Going to The ABFM in BC? .. see me there .....we'll talk.

I like your Bugeye wheels and hub caps Jean, I think they look pretty classy.
If you want to send them to a good home just give me a call...

Beware, some of those wheel like that have the uni lug set up, meaning the they these crazy oblong washer that made up the bolt pattern, it was way for a retailer to sell the same wheel for different bolt patterns, the washer designates the bolt pattern, and it didn't last long. Nothing really wrong with it, we still have a race car with uni lug washer wheels exactly like that, but it did last last long as mentioned, so if you ever needed a uni lug washer, you'd probably have to make it, The ones we had were Western brand, but they looked exactly like that.
