sprint front fenders

I want to replace the front fenders on my dolomite sprint, as they are welded on can anyone tell me how to get them off. I can see the spot welds and these can be drilled with a spotweld drill, but what about round the headlights etc? Also is it posiible to buy new fenders. I live in Perth Australia. Cheers

Rimmer Brothers in the UK list them, https://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/.

Sometimes it is easier to chop off the wing close to the seam and then drill out the spot welds from the inside to release the small remains of the panel. It all depends on the design of the panel.
