spring mount base plate

Bugeye, I know this doesn't matter much but do the (4 each) 5/16 x 1.5" bolts attaching the base plate to the floor reinf go up from the underside or down from inside? Have had them out for quite awhile and as they have to be installed, might as well install them correctly.

They go in from the top. The spring bolts go in from the bottom.
