Thursday I went over and my mech started the ole bugeye up. Everything went ok and now I have a repainted (except for the bonnet) bugeye. My mechanic has a 3500 rpm limit on the motor for the first 500 miles. With the bonnet not on you can really here the suction of air into the carb. But, just when it really wants to go, 3500rpm. I think the bonnet will be done this next week. I've got several short trips planned the next several weeks to get the 500 miles. Spring is here!!!!!!!
