What do you all think of these bonnets? Price not bad, shipping OK, but what about quality/ etc? Can the be used as "tilt forward" installations.

I have a 'glass hood on my '59 that I have had on it for many, many years and have not had any problems with it, and yes, they are quite easy to make tilt forward (which is the only way to go by my thinking)! No more crawling into the "cave" to work in the engine compartment!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif

Paul...what bonnets? I can't see any links or photos.

I have ask Spridgetech for pictures before I order. When I see them and if I get good feedback from others, I am sure I will order one. $580 plus shipping of about $200.
I will post pictures, when I get them, if I can figure out how to do it.
I plan to use tilt forward hinges. The kind that also tilts the bumper.

I have seen Spridgetech's bonnets in person.
They are top notch. I should have bought theirs instead of the one I had to throw away from another seller of glass bonnets.
