Sports Car Forum at SVRA''s Mid-Ohio Vintage GP

Mid-Ohio getting closer!

Mid-Ohio is getting closer... I hear that the Sports Car Forum Tiger is running pretty well. John Morton will be driving.

The Alpine is doing fairly well - hopefully better once I get the fuel system sorted.

Don't forget about the Car Corral! So far we have over 30 cars registered!

Photos from the event and also of Mt. Washington

It was really good to see Don Sesslar, Dan Carmichael and HJ Meyer reminiscing about the cars and events when they were racing.

BTW< the "sister" car was driven by John Morton (Datsun/Nissan fame).   Nice guy…

Re: Photos from the event and also of Mt. Washington

Great pictures...thanks!
I love the old pictures from VIR.
I've seen an Alpine and a Tiger running at some of the Pennsylvania hillclimbs. There's also some Sunbeams that usually show up at the Moss Britfest and the TVR "Woodwork" (here in NJ).
I've never met John Morton, but I've driven through "his" chicane many times at Lime Rock /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
