Split loom tubing source

Now I know I'm cheapening out on myself...

I need about 30" of 1" ID split loom tubing. I can get a length from somewhere like summit for about $20, plus about another $10 for shipping, but that shipping cost kills me. I am hoping someone has a better (cheaper) idea as to a source. Of course I just placed an order from there this w/e and forgot it, which makes matters worse!

Any ideas anyone?

This raises a question...is all split-loom tubing created equally? i.e...Does the stuff made for automotive use tolerate higher temps?

If they're all the same, get it from a chain store. Does Wal-Mart carry it? How about Lowe's or HD?

No it's not all the same. you can get it pretty much anywhere (like HD or Lowe's) but quality varies. I shop partsexpress for such things online. They also sell a nice nylon cable wire wrap (Flexowrap) that works well for harnesses as well. nfi

They want $10 to ship $5 in parts.
That's exactly the problem I had with Summit.

Alan, I have two short pieces (22" and 13"). If you want them, pm me your address and I'll send them to you.
