I like the style of the spit. If I didn't buy a GT6 which is built on the spit frame I would have bought a spit. I would look for one built between 68 and 70. Easy to work on, lots of parts available and you don't have to deal with all the gov. standards on polution control and the ugly bumper stuff. That is my 2 cents. Also I just don't find the wedge very good looking. Tom

That is my personal view on the wedge not a slam.
