Spitfire Spitfire Speedometer

Would one of you kind gentlemen with an early Spitfire please look on the very bottom of your speedometer face and give me the sn# and cable turns per mile at 60. both are 4 digit numbers on the Smiths speedo. By early Spitfire I mean one with a single rail gearbox and 4:11 rear end-no overdrive.

I've got an NOS one here that I had picked up for my wife's 1968 Spitfire MkIII. It's SN6203/16 and 1248.
