Will Spitfire seats fit ina TR7?

I think so, some nut put TR7 seats in my MkII spit, but I'm haven't looked to see if any modification is needed.
 
Why? I've owned two Spitfires and now have a TR-7. My Spitfire seats were othopedic barstools; the TR-7 seats work perfectly for hard driving or long range cruising.
