What does a frame weigh? MKIV, without rear extensions under trunk.

I have manhandled one for a Mk I by myself, but can't remember how I moved in in and out of the garage. I'm guessing a couple hundred pounds too.

Thanks! That's encouraging.

I moved mine in and out of the garage using a hand truck attatched to the front of the frame with bungy cords. I was able to do whatever I wanted with it. I was 62 at the time. I even put it in and out of my pickup bed alone.

i have a frame in the backyard(minus the front suspension uprights)
i've moved it several times by myself to mow the lawn...

I've several bare frames as well. I can pick them up and carry them around. I'd recon a guess of about 150 lbs. They really aren't heavy.
