Spitfire Spitfire Frame Swap

I'm adding the hours needed to preform a frame swap on a Triumph Spitfire.
It is an older restoration with a frame that should have been replaced at that time.
Considering things like replacing brake lines, looking at front end rebuild and misc work.
How would you add up the hours?
Looking for a fresh view.
 
Realistically, I'd expect 20-25 hours minimum, but that wouldn't count cleaning, prepping and painting the frame itself (or any part of the underbody that you might want to do the same to before bolting it all together). But that's only a guess.

Heck, my son and I probably have at least 20-25 hours into just cleaning up (just wire brushes on a drill and that sort of thing) and painting (prep, primer and chassis black, with the final color coat -- for authenticity in the "restoration" -- not done yet) a GT6+ chassis that someday will be the foundation for a GT6+ convertible.
