I've seen this one a bunch of times...it's among the best documentaries of LeMans. For one, it shows how the Triumph team competed. Secondly, the Triumph-produced documentary does a great job of showing other top teams. '64 was a great year for cars at LeMans -- some real beauties!
And if I remember correctly, David Hobbs was one of the drivers, so you get Hobb's perspectives (such as "I spent the whole race looking in my mirrors, rather than ahead.")

A while back, I saw a similar show on SpeedTV that was made about an earlier Triumph LeMans team ('61 I think) that raced the TRS with the experimental TWIN CAM engine.
This pushed me to research more of Triumphs race-history, and I found that the original post-war Triumph LeMans team raced some neat plastic-bodied TR3s with the twin-cam engine. Very trick! (but not reliable)
On a related note, one of my favorite sites related to historic Triumph racing is Jari's Historic Triumph Spitfire site
