Just in time for Triumphest, the wife's Spitfire is coming together. Ive got the rebuilt speedo and tach ready to install. I forget the way to lube the cable- graphite of some kind of oil/ grease. I think this has been mentioned some time ago, but I have slept since then. I used WD40 to clean the cable and squirted some into the housing- trying to get old lube and crud out. Any suggestions? T.T.
