Yup, agree here too.

One problem though: I would never consider pulling over for anyone with "flashing yellow lights" on their car.

Heck, I remember in NC they used to talk on the radio about how you don't have to pull over for blue lights either - unless the officer uses his siren.
 
yellow lights....i did note that, around here they are<span style="color: #3333FF"><span style='font-size: 14pt'> blue lights</span></span>, yellow ones are for the mailman and the plow trucks.

Well, since I have to go thru Rutland next week on my way to Stowe, it's nice to know about the blue lights and only warnings. Or maybe I'll sneak thru in the middle of the night and take my chances the locals are parked watching TV.
 
Rutland is well known for doing this. Ask anyone who's ever driven up to Killington on the weekend...
 
Over here in the UK, we have cut out the policeman altogether. We have hundreds (probably thousnds) of speed cameras which work 24/7 in a completely indiscriminate manner. Of course they dont bother the people who dont register their cars (or pay insurance or road tax either)
