Howdy all:

Going to tackle my clutch slave cylinder in the near future. Anyone happen to know what size Speedbleeder will fit a TR250 slave cylinder? Same as the brakes?

Thanks!

Re: Speed-bleeders for Clutch Slave Cylinder

Aloha Bill,

The TR3 uses 3/8 x 24 for all the brake and clutch hydraulic connections. the part number is SB3824HD or SB3824HD SS in stainless steel. I suspect the the same applies for all the TRs through the TR6. I addition to speed bleeds, I recommend you get their bleeding bag, it is like an IV bag. It is clear, lies flat under the car, an not tip over and is sealed so the fluid bled into it won't be contaminated by dirt, etc.

You can picked them up at NAPA too. Different part #. Just go in and cross reference them. Have 1 on both the 6 and the 8.
Never heard about the bag though. Nifty!

Re: Speed-bleeders for Clutch Slave Cylinder

Thanks guys! I'm a huge believer in the product, and have them on the brakes for the 250 and Tiger -- haven't done the other cars simply because I haven't gotten around to it. Just couldn't recall the size!

I too recommend the product to one and all.

B.
