I dunno ... did you check it for accuracy? With NGK plugs, the first letter or two indicates the thread size ... seems odd that it would say (for example) that a D7EA (with 12mm threads) is equivalent to a AP5FS (with 18mm threads).
 
No, except in the area where my plugs are (N9Y and similar).

But the cart is laid out sort of funny.

Only the first and second column are equal. Then the third and fourth are equivelant. And finally the fifth and sixth are equivelant.

So it's not saying a D7EA is equivalent to a AP5FS.
