Spare parts buggy

I have seen several spare parts buggies attached to
various Triumphs. Cool little buggies made from the
back half of other cars.

The Crypt Car's trunk is full to bursting with spare parts
and tools needed to repair breakdowns beside the highways.
I would like to carry much more but have no room inside the
car.

There are no junked TRs on this small island I can cut in
half to make a Crypt Car parts buggie. But I can have this
dead jet ski just for hauling it off. Since the Crypt Car is
not reliable and breaks down so often, I really do need a
spare parts buggy like those other Triumphs I have seen on
the web,

Since I'm good at restorations, I figure I can gut the jet
ski insides for Crypt Car spart parts, tools, four
jackstands, etc. Rehab the outside shell to match Crypty
color and do up the trailer real nice.

Folks will see an old dude driving, an cool old car,
pulling a awesome looking jet ski behind him.

chick magnet!

Dale, it sounds like you are finally done with the TR6. Where would you find the time to work on something else? If anything brakes now it will be something you did and I don't see that happening, you have done a great job. Wish I could get you the rear clip of this TR6 in the back yard.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Wayne but the
Crypt Car right now is deader than dead and at a
stumbling point. It will be on jack stands for at
least the next month maybe two.

There are still tons of DPO Pedro components that will
fail and leave me stranded. I have done no engine work,
little tranny work and the differential is shot.
regards,

I am thinking ahead to maybe driving this beast by Christmas.

Looks like the trailer needs a little work.. Good thing you know all about wheel bearings.

With all the spare parts you need to carry you could also throw in a 10 speed bike. Crypty might consider it a date and what to show off by not breaking down.

Dale,

What if you sell Wendy's nice jeep and get her a nice tow truck?

Now THAT'S a super idea Paul.
Which bedroom in your home will be mine
after I sell off Wendy's most favorite car
she has ever owned?

I don't eat much, don't drink at all and I'm
a wizz at changing out trailing arms.

And Hey! Even better yet. I have about 7 or 8 hours
experience driving a TR6. I could be your personal
driver.

I'll let YOU tell Wendy the news.

Leave the skiLemon yellow [/color]for hazard protection ....
Trailer a lovely combo of Hot Pink and Cobalt blue.
No excuse for getting hit

So how is the couch Dale?

Tear-drop trailer https://lassenviewcustoms.teardrops.net/ Easy to build and you've got the primary expense (the trailer) covered. I have one waiting in the wings, to restore when I'm done with my TR. Lots of plans already on the web.
