Wanted Spare & Jack for an '80 MGB

I accidentally (long story, later) bought a MGB after not owning one since 1986 and it is missing a few things. 1) No spare wheel or tire, so since boot space is limited, does anyone use a mini spare or should I go with a full sized spare? If a mini spare can work where can I find one and spec it correctly?

2)Also there is no jack. Any recommendations for a good serviceable jack?

I am sure I will be back looking for more parts, advice, and a place to rant.
