Southern British Car Club Show in Chattanooga

I'm trying....

Tony you can always bring the Jag but we would really like to see the red Midget there.

It's at the Choo Choo! Contains the 3rd largest free standing dome in the USA if I remember correctly.
I was born near Chattanooga.
Looking forward to some great pics.

What about the Conneticut MG Club. The have a show the first Sunday in June.

From their webpage "Our annual car show, 'British by the Sea' is held on the first Sunday of June, in Waterford, Connecticut. The site, Harkness Memorial State Park, includes gardens with flowers donated and planted by the club."

I did see that one, and that show was held 1 week before I purchased my car !!! I will definitely attend that next year.

But it seems like there are British car shows going on all over the place, at all times of the year elsewhere.

This is a newbie question ... how do car shows work? Could I show my car? Should I show my car if it is not restored? Are there different categories? My car is in great unrestored condition, what would I need to do to show it? Are there newbie mistakes I can avoid?

My goal is to meet other Midget owners, and see other Midgets as I have yet to see a completely restored car.

I would love to hear you experience with car shows.

May not have much choice - after winnnig first place in her class her first outing, Jerri's actually enjoying car shows....nah, she's not trophy hungry!!

Joe, The best thing you can do is join the nearest British Car Club and get involved. You will not regret it.
